Ultraclean terms and conditions
These are the terms and conditions of use for the technology developed by Ultraclean and protected by the Federal Copyright Law. When you download and use the UltraPay technological application or use the website, henceforth referring to Ultraclean’s functionality and/or any service or technological component related to Ultraclean’s services and functionality, you agree to all the terms of use and conditions defined in this document.
These terms and conditions of use constitute a legal agreement between you and Ultraclean. As the end user of the services provided through the technology developed by Ultraclean, you agree to abide by and comply with them. If you do NOT agree with ALL the terms and conditions of service described below, do not access UltraPay or use any service or technology provided by Ultraclean.
I. continued use
You must read this agreement carefully, as by indicating acceptance of this agreement or by using Ultraclean, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Ultraclean as an end user. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use Ultraclean’s functionality, products, or services, which are protected by the Federal Copyright Law. Ultraclean has exclusive rights to exploit the intellectual property rights of the website and UltraPay.

- Ultraclean: Website www.somosultra.com and/or application through which services such as dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, ironing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, vacuum sealing, and other services described in this document and on Ultraclean’s website are provided.
- Terms and conditions: Ultraclean displays its terms and conditions at the following link: www.somosultra.com/terms.
- User profile: Personal information, images, text, graphics, audio, and video that the user uploads or downloads in electronic format on the Ultraclean website or application.
- Ultraclean technological application: A mobile technological application developed by Ultraclean and protected by copyright, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Washing instructions: Ultraclean will follow the washing and/or drying instructions attached to the garment.

V. limitation of service liability
INNOLAV and/or UltraClean are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the detergents used to provide the services defined in this document. INNOLAV and/or UltraClean are not obligated to remove stains that are insoluble by nature. Additionally, they will not be responsible for stains that are not visible at the time of receiving the garment(s) and that appear during the washing and/or ironing process, such as perfume residues, acids, deodorants, or perspiration.
UltraClean is not responsible for damage or loss caused to objects in the pockets of your garments (e.g., pens, accessories, electronic devices, lipsticks, keys). While we do our best to check pockets, we cannot guarantee that we will find all objects. Although we strive to deliver all orders on time, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is any delay with your order.
VI. content review
UltraClean does not review content uploaded by users and is not responsible for such content. Any content review performed by UltraClean does not limit user responsibility for that content.
VII. content restrictions
You must comply with ALL the rules defined and listed below as conditions for using UltraClean. As an end user, you may not:
- Use, upload, publish, distribute, or transmit user content that violates any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Collect content from third parties, including addresses or emails, without their consent unless permitted by this agreement.
- Engage in any conduct that interferes with UltraClean’s services or that, at UltraClean’s sole discretion, may expose its officials, employees, or agents to any liability or harm.
It is prohibited to send, post, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is defamatory, vulgar, threatening, violent, obscene, pornographic, or illegal.
- Includes material protected by copyright without the written consent of the copyright owner.
- Infringes on privacy rights or any other rights of third parties.
- Includes statements or instructions that may cause harm to third parties.
- Promotes services from competitors of INNOLAV and/or UltraClean.
- Contains software viruses, malware, or other malicious programs.
We ensure that your personal information is protected through appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your data. Ultraclean will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except when necessary to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
By completing our form on our website, Facebook page, or any other platform, you consent to Ultraclean collecting and using your data in accordance with this privacy policy. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of your personal information and using it solely for the purposes for which it was collected. If you have any questions or concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us through the channels provided on our website.
VIII. registration (only for users over 18 years old)
To register on UltraClean, the user must provide the required personal data, including full name, profile, mailing address, and email address (“Registration Data”), and keep this information updated. If the information is inaccurate or outdated, UltraClean reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cancel access to the services.
Additionally, the user must provide payment information (credit card details), which will be processed by an external payment service provider. You are responsible for protecting your account and password from unauthorized use.
By registering, the user guarantees:
- Providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete information.
- Being at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Not sharing passwords or using other users’ accounts.
- Accepting the terms and conditions of use and the privacy notice.
INNOLAV and/or UltraClean will not be responsible for the security and integrity of the user’s account in case of unauthorized use.
IX. ownership of ultraclean’s rights
The technology, services, functionality, and information of UltraClean are owned by INNOLAV. Notwithstanding the above, all texts, images, sounds, compilations (i.e., the collection, classification, and indexing of information), and all other content included in the products and services, except for user content as defined below, and all software incorporated into the products and services used by UltraClean to provide the services, are the property of INNOLAV and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly permitted in this agreement, any use, copying, reverse engineering, derivative works, transmission, publication, linking, redistribution, commercialization, modification, translation, or disassembly of the software and products and services protected by copyright laws is PROHIBITED, and you may be subject to civil or criminal penalties for violations defined in this paragraph.
X. registered trademark
Likewise, UltraClean is a registered trademark and cannot be used in connection with any product or service not provided by INNOLAV. The UltraClean trademark may not be used in any way that could cause confusion among users or in any way that disparages or discredits the INNOLAV and/or UltraClean brand. If individuals or entities cause discredit, confusion, or disparagement, they will be liable for damages caused to the reputation of the registered trademarks defined in this paragraph.
XI. Other trademarks displayed on UltraClean
UltraClean may display trademarks, service marks, supplier trademarks, UltraClean logos, or third-party logos on its website or technological application. Each owner retains all rights over these trademarks. Any use of these trademarks, or any that appear in the UltraClean technological application, shall solely benefit their respective owners.
XII. User license to use UltraClean
UltraClean grants you a non-exclusive, indefinite, and limited license to a single end-user per UltraClean license to download and install an authorized copy of the UltraClean license worldwide. This license allows you to use, reproduce, distribute, and display UltraClean content and functionalities, including but not limited to promotion or redistribution in any format and through any communication channel, on your personally owned and controlled mobile device or computer.
The end-user runs UltraPay on each mobile device or computer exclusively for personal use. This license is granted to the end-user of UltraClean to access, install, and update UltraClean and use the products and services displayed on UltraClean, following these terms and conditions and the software and hardware specifications defined by UltraClean.
By fully accepting the terms and conditions outlined in this document, UltraClean authorizes you, as an end-user, to access, install, and update UltraClean for personal use free of charge.
XIII. Business model
Through its technological platform, UltraClean provides you, as an end-user, with dry cleaning, washing, drying, tailoring, and ironing services at home through applications and technological tools owned by INNOLAV and/or UltraClean.
XIV. Credit card registration
To use UltraClean’s functionalities, products, and services, you must register on the UltraClean website or technological application and provide accurate credit or debit card registration details successfully. Once registered, you can access dry cleaning, washing, drying, tailoring, and ironing services at home, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.
XV. Deliveries
Delivery services operate Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
XVI. Returns and cancellations policy
You may request the cancellation of a clothing collection service at any time through our app or website, as long as the collection has not yet been completed by our agents. To do so, go to your profile, find “Cancel Order,” and follow the process.
The treatment process of your garments may be canceled when, at UltraClean’s discretion, one or more garments cannot be processed due to their condition, specific characteristics, power supply failures, or any other factor preventing full or partial service. In this case, the customer may:
- Request the garments to be returned to their home at no cost and receive a refund, if charged, for the amount paid to UltraClean.
- Authorize UltraClean to reprocess and deliver the garments at a later agreed-upon date. If a customer requests reprocessing of a garment, they must notify UltraClean via email at servicioalcliente@ultraclean.com, including a description of the issue, service details (service number, customer name, and registered address). The customer must inspect their garments upon delivery to validate this reprocessing guarantee.
Return shipping costs for garments will be free for the customer, but scheduling will be subject to the workload of available agents.
XVII. Warranty policy
UltraClean guarantees its services against defects in the cleaning and ironing process. Normal wear, usage, and any loss resulting from reprocessing are not covered by the warranty. UltraClean services may be reprocessed at no additional cost if the request is made on the same day the service was received.
The warranty does not apply if garments are worn between the delivery and the reprocessing request.
XVIII. Discounts and promotions
Discounts and promotions set by UltraClean have expiration dates and special policies that may change at any time. Any externally advertised promotion (on social media, email campaigns, or other platforms) will be subject to the following minimum order requirements:
- Laundry: $200
- Dry Cleaning: Minimum of 3 garments or $200
- Tailoring: Minimum of 3 garments or $200
This applies even if not explicitly mentioned in the promotion.
XIX. UltraClean responsibilities
UltraClean is committed to inspecting the condition of garments and informing the end-user of any deterioration or risks during cleaning, setting warranty limits, or refusing service if necessary. UltraClean will repair garments if partially damaged due to its process within 30 days of the complaint, at no cost to the customer, even if the service was subcontracted. Additionally, it will refund the amount charged for services not rendered.
In case of total damage or loss (except in force majeure situations), UltraClean will compensate up to 10 times the service cost for the affected garment or a maximum of 60% of the garment’s value. UltraClean will not be liable for damages to garments valued over $8,000.00 MXN. UltraClean will correct service deficiencies at no extra cost if reported at the time of garment delivery or pickup.
The warranty is limited to fulfilling the requested service per our registered adhesion contract with PROFECO.
XX. User responsibilities
As an end-user, you must follow all guidelines in this document and UltraClean’s privacy policy. You must also clearly separate and label items requiring regular or delicate washing. UltraClean is not responsible for improperly washed items due to unclear labeling.
XXI. Payment policies
Payments must be made by credit or debit card at the time of order placement, based on the service price indicated in the order or the price listed in the UltraClean app or website. Upon garment collection and arrival at the processing facility, the characteristics of the items will be verified. If discrepancies arise, the customer will be notified of the price difference, which they may accept or decline. If declined, the garments will be returned.
XXII. Billing policies
Customers can enter their tax details upon registration to request invoices for each order. They can also modify or add this information later through the app or website. Only orders placed after tax details are registered will be eligible for invoicing.
Invoices will be automatically issued upon charge completion and sent via email. Customers have 48 hours to report errors by emailing servicioalcliente@ultraclean.com with their name and invoice number. No cancellations or modifications will be made after the last day of the month of service completion.
XXIII. Availability and pricing
UltraClean prices may change over time. End-users must review updated prices in the UltraClean app or website (www.somosultra.com). Published prices are exclusive and do not apply outside the defined pickup and delivery zones.
XXIV. Applicable taxes
All prices include a 16% VAT (Value Added Tax) under Mexican law.
XXV. Service purpose
This contract covers dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, drying, and ironing services, along with future services such as carpet, upholstery, and sofa cleaning, and vacuum packaging. Services are provided through UltraClean’s technological applications and associated establishments.
XXVI. Agreement scope
UltraClean provides server access via UltraPay through a web browser. Users acknowledge that using UltraClean services requires an internet connection, which they must independently secure and maintain.
UltraClean reserves the right to modify services or contract terms. Users unwilling to accept changes may terminate their agreement within 30 days of notification.
XXVII. Copyright declarations and warranties
All products, services, trade names, certifications, slogans, texts, logos, audio, video, and software displayed in UltraClean belong to their respective owners. Users may not reproduce or publish them without written consent.
XXVIII. User support
Support is available through guides, FAQs, and other resources on the UltraClean website.
XXIX. Duration and termination
The agreement is indefinite but can be terminated by either party at any time. Termination by UltraClean requires 30 days’ notice.
XXX. Assignment of rights
INNOLAV reserves the right to transfer these terms and conditions to any entity that merges with or acquires UltraClean.
XXXI. Modifications to terms and conditions
UltraClean may modify these terms at any time.
XXXII. Trademarks displayed on UltraClean
Users may not alter or use UltraClean’s trademarks without explicit consent.
XXXVI. Users under 18
UltraClean’s services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
XXXVII. Third-party websites
UltraClean is not responsible for external links or third-party sites.
XXXVIII. User suggestions
User feedback is welcome, but all suggestions become UltraClean’s exclusive property without compensation.
XXXIX. Limits of UltraClean’s liability for the use of the technological application and website functionality
INNOLAV and/or UltraClean may interrupt the services of the UltraClean technological application at any time. End users of the application should expect downtime for periodic updates. INNOLAV and/or UltraClean provide no warranty, express or implied. They do not guarantee that the application will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Additionally, they do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the UltraClean technological application.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through UltraPay shall create any warranty not expressly established in this document. The end user may not, under any circumstances, claim any incidental, consequential, indirect, moral, or special damages (including damages for economic losses, strict liability, loss of profits, or loss of information), whether by contract, tort (including negligence), or any other damage related to UltraPay.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of warranties or limitations of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
XL. Indemnification and damages
As an end-user, you shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UltraClean and UltraPay from any claims, actions, proceedings, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your use of UltraPay services or any breach of these terms and conditions.
INNOLAV and/or UltraClean reserve the right to assume exclusive control and resolution of any claim, action, demand, or proceeding for which indemnification is required. You, as the end-user, shall cooperate with UltraClean in such defense and resolution in accordance with the privacy policy.
UltraClean operates the UltraPay services in compliance with the Privacy Policy, which is updated periodically.
XLI. Copyright law
UltraClean complies with and is protected by the provisions of the Federal Copyright Law. If you have any complaints or objections regarding materials published on UltraPay, please send an email to gerencia@ultraclean.com or submit a letter or comment to the following address:

Any notification alleging that information stored or distributed through UltraPay infringes intellectual property rights must include the following:
- Original power of attorney or a certified copy authorizing representation of the copyright holder (or other violated right).
- A certificate from the National Copyright Institute or equivalent, containing a description of the work, copyright (property rights), or other intellectual property allegedly violated.
- A description of the infringing material and its location on UltraPay.
- Your contact details, including address, phone number (with country code), and email address.
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the use of the materials in question is unauthorized by the copyright owner or the law.
- A declaration that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
XLII. Applicable law and jurisdiction
As an end-user, you and UltraClean agree that all matters related to the use, installation, updates, and operation of UltraPay shall be governed by the laws and courts of Mexico City.
You agree that any claims regarding the operation, use, or any other exploitation of UltraPay shall be heard and resolved in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
If you access, install, or update UltraPay from outside Mexico City, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Under no circumstances shall you use UltraPay in a manner that violates Mexican laws or any applicable laws in other jurisdictions.
XLIII. Service suspension, early termination, and force majeure
UltraClean reserves the right to suspend your password and/or access to UltraPay at any time if it determines that you have violated this agreement.
UltraClean reserves the right to modify this agreement, cancel usage services, suspend installations or updates, or alter UltraPay’s features at any time, with or without prior notice.
If you use UltraPay, you are bound by this agreement from the moment of use, installation, or update. You must review the latest version of this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any operational policies before using UltraClean’s website and updates.
UltraClean and UltraPay shall not be liable for any breach of this agreement due to uncontrollable external factors.
XLIV. Miscellaneous provisions
No delay or omission by UltraClean in exercising any rights arising from a breach of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a waiver of such rights.
If a provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
By registering as an end-user on UltraPay, you expressly agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement. Your rights and obligations under this agreement may not be transferred to third parties without written consent from UltraClean.
UltraClean may transfer this agreement to any buyer of UltraPay or its business, with all legal and commercial effects.
This agreement may be executed electronically. Your registration, use, installation, or update of the UltraClean application constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
XLV. Prepaid and promotional card operating rules
Issuance
UltraClean’s Prepaid and Promotional Cards (referred to as “Card(s)”) may be available for purchase if determined by UltraClean. Additionally, UltraClean may issue promotional cards at its sole discretion, which cannot be purchased with money.
To buy a card, users must have an UltraClean account. If the Gift Card feature is activated, users must enter the card’s secret code into their UltraClean account.
Online card purchases will reflect the balance in the recipient’s account. Card purchases are non-refundable and non-cancelable. UltraClean is not responsible for input errors, internet issues, or power failures causing losses on its website.
Usage
To use a Prepaid Card, you must be a registered UltraClean user. Promotional Cards can be used without registration by requesting UltraClean services through the website.
Priority of use
If your account balance includes funds from a Card, balances with expiration dates will be used first, followed by balances without expiration dates. Older balances are always used first.
Transactions without commission rights
If a Gift Card is purchased for a non-registered UltraClean user who later registers, the buyer is not entitled to a commission for the new user’s registration.
Expiration and cancellation
Gift Cards expire after one year from activation. After this period, any remaining balance is forfeited to UltraClean. Gift Card purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. Promotional Cards will include an expiration date on the card itself.
Limitations
Cards can only be used on UltraClean’s website for laundry and dry-cleaning services. They cannot be used for promotions, discounts, or special offers.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, exchanged for cash, or used to buy other cards, except with UltraClean’s explicit authorization.
Promotional Cards cannot be transferred, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.
